How to Install astro-gdl software package in Debian 9 (Stretch)

astro-gdl software package provides IDL/GDL packages for astronomy, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install astro-gdl

astro-gdl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the astro-gdl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep astro-gdl *

You will get with astro-gdl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
